A. Absolutely. We know that you don’t have time to drive all around New York with your computer. Just let us know when and where to pick it up.

Q. Can I drop off my computer at your office?
A. Absolutely. If you’re going to be in the area, we would love for you to drop by Mon-Fri, 10AM-4PM.

Q. Will my documents be safe?
A. Computer Fix NY considers your important documents to be our important documents. Even if your problem has nothing to do with lost data, we will back up any important data for you before beginning to work on your computer.

Q. Is my personal information safe?
A. Yes. We never share any of our customer’s identifiable information with any third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Q. I need immediate help with my computer. Can you come to me?
A. Not only can we come to you, we can connect to your computer remotely as long as you have an internet connection. If you don’t have an internet connection, we can certainly send a technician to your location.

Q. Do you need parts for my computer, like a keyboard, mouse, or printer?
A. Probably not. Unless the problem you’re having is related to one of those parts, we don’t need them.

Q. Do you fix desktops, laptops, and Macs?
A. Yes. If it’s a computer, we can fix it.

Q. Is there any operating system you won’t work with?
A. No, we are proficient in every widely used operating system.

Q. How can I pay you?
A. You can pay by cash, credit card, or check.
